The Merry Month of May

There’s so much happening in May and we wanted to round up everything that is coming up this month.

We know May can be quite stressful for schools and pupils with SATS also taking place so Konflux like to call this month ‘Mindfulness May’ where we encourage everyone to take a moment for some calm and mindfulness.

Taking 10 minutes a day to slow down and prioritise ourselves can be so beneficial and can allow you to forget any worries and escape somewhere peaceful, if even just for a moment.

    Tying in with ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’ which takes place later this month, we want to encourage everyone to look after themselves and what better way than with some mindfulness.
