Reach Out
Anti-Bullying Week 2022 is coordinated in England and Wales by the Anti-Bullying Alliance. It will take place from 14 to 18 November 2022 and has the theme Reach Out.
We have pulled togther a range of resources and activity ideas for you to use in your classroom this week.
Write a letter
Write a letter to a character in a book who you think needs a friend to reach out to them. Think about what you would say to make them feel better, and what advice you might give them.
Make a phone call
Encourage the children to call a relative or friend that they feel might need someone to talk to. An elderly relative would be ideal.
Design a pair of odd socks
Monday 14th is Odd Socks day, why not design a pair of odd socks to celebrate that we are all unique.
Reach Out Circle
Each child can create a circle of people who they can reach out to.
You can do these activities and so many more this Anti-Bullying Week!
