Theatre in education is exactly as it sounds! Through drama, dance, music etc it can be used to educate children and adults alike.
Theatre in education can be a vital tool in supporting curriculum based topics as well as PSHE themed and relevant global issues.
Arts education has proven to be extremely beneficial to support kinaesthetic learning for some children and can be an alternate way of providing accessible education to all.
Whether watching a performance or taking part in a workshop, playing a game or learning new songs, we believe arts education most definitely has its place in schools and in wider learning. (Plus, it’s extremely fun and engaging!)
