A well-structured day which was led well and allowed the pupil’s plenty of opportunity to practice, rehearse and refine their play. The parents enjoyed watching the play at the end of the day, and seeing how confident their children were. Konflux Theatre was a fantastic experience for our Year 4 class, and they all enjoyed developing and rehearsing a play all about democracy. Parents, who watched the finished play at the end of the day, all enjoyed watching what had been produced in just a few hours.

Here at Konflux Theatre, we’ve been getting ready for for a while now for one of the most exciting weeks of our year – Shakespeare Week! As official partners of Shakespeare Week, we always look forward to this national celebration of one of the country’s finest playwrights. We’ve been thinking about why Shakespeare’s work is still so important and is still very relevant to all of us now.
